Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By installing or using Bulk Price Editor (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
2. The service
The App provides bulk product price modification tools for Shopify stores. It is offered in two tiers:
- Free: up to 100 variant modifications per calendar month (UTC), reset on the 1st of each month.
- Lifetime License: a one-time purchase of $4.99 (USD) granting unlimited modifications for the lifetime of the App on that specific Shopify store.
3. Billing
The lifetime license is charged via Shopify's Billing API (appPurchaseOneTimeCreate). The charge appears on the merchant's regular Shopify invoice. By approving the charge, you grant Bulk Price Editor permission to mark your store as licensed.
4. Refunds
Refunds within 14 days of purchase are available by emailing saucone5@gmail.com. Refunds are processed manually through the Shopify Partner Dashboard. After a refund, the lifetime license is revoked.
5. Acceptable use
- You may use the App only on Shopify stores you legitimately own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the prices applied to your products. The App does not validate the legal compliance, profitability, or competitiveness of any price.
- The App stores a snapshot of every applied operation and offers a one-click rollback from the History page. We still recommend exporting your catalog from Shopify Admin → Products → Export before unusually large changes.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of the App is limited to the amount paid for the lifetime license ($4.99 USD), or $0 if you are on the free tier.
The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
8. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or attempt to exploit the App in unintended ways.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of business. Any dispute arising from the use of the App will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
